Key Terms

The following words used in these Terms have the meanings given below:

• "Platform" — The 21tk website and all associated digital services.
• "User" — Any person who accesses the platform or operates an account.
• "Account" — The personal profile registered in the user's name.

Welcome Bonus Terms

21tk offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The full terms of the bonus are outlined below:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times (20x) the bonus amount.
• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳20,000 in bets.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are non-transferable — they cannot be moved to another account.
• 21tk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account may be suspended.

VIP Tiers

The 21tk VIP program has five tiers in total. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play.

VIP Benefit Terms

• VIP cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the account at a set time.
• VIP benefits are personal and cannot be shared with others.
• 21tk reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.
• VIP status may be revoked in the event of any irregularity or breach of terms.

General Gaming Policy

• All games are operated in accordance with defined rules. The outcome of each game is determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG).
• Any reward or outcome resulting from a technical error will be considered void.
